Planned Parenthood New Hampshire Action Fund PAC Endorses Jay Kahn

On Thursday, October 6, the Planned Parenthood New Hampshire Action PAC announced endorsements for the Fall 2016 General Election, and the organization chose Jay Kahn as its choice to represent the citizens of State Senate District 10. “Health care access for New Hampshire women and families is under attack and we cannot take it for granted in this election. In the past two years, 20 bills came before the state legislature which aimed to restrict reproductive care in New Hampshire. We need champions like Jay Kahn to be a voice for the health and safety of NH women and families in the state senate. Planned Parenthood New Hampshire Action Fund PAC is proud to endorse  Jay Kahn because he will be a leader for the health of New Hampshire’s women and families,” said Jennifer Frizzell, Chair of the Planned Parenthood New Hampshire Action Fund PAC.

The following statement is Jay's response to this endorsement:  "I am very pleased to receive the endorsement of Planned Parenthood New Hampshire Action Fund PAC.  Planned Parenthood is an important part of New Hampshire’s healthcare delivery system.  We share a commitment to shaping the health, well-being, and economic security of Granite State women and families.   As a senator I will fight to retain Medicaid expansion, Planned Parenthood funding, and a women's right to make her own healthcare decisions and select the healthcare provider of her choice.
